Terrier thermostatic radiator valves problems

Hi, I've got Terrier Thermostatic Radiator Valves on all but one of my radiators (as below) Problem is, on the living room radiator the top part of . These thermostatic valves (TRV) can stick in the open or closed. I am not a plumber by the way but have had same problem which was simple .
