If there is power getting to the solenoid and it is not operating then there is a good chance. There is power and water getting to shower but it does not work. My Triton Tstopped working half way through a shower - no power light on the unit although the light is showing on the isolator switch. When you pull on the cord the red on light goes on no problem but . Apr 20- Has anyone else had problems with these showers.
Called to loads of these with complaints of going hot and cold.
